It's been a hot week with temperatures reaching 90F.   On Wednesday with the humidity factor it was 107.6F.  It is supposed to cool off next week.   It's not too bad today since there's a lot less humidity.  It hasn't rained either, they say it will be a hot dry summer.

The plants are growing, there are some tomatoes and zucchini.  This is early for our area, zucchini will grow quickly, but usually you don't see any tomatoes until mid or end of July and if you are lucky they will turn red by September.  I planted some yellow peppers but they are not doing well, There were flowers but when the fruit started growing they fell off.

 Italian Tomatoes
 Yellow Zucchini
Dianthus Artic Fire
 Cleome
Yellow Rose

Hi Claudia,
Wow! You have such a lovely garden. I bet those tomatoes are going to be delicious.
I hope it cools down for you. I hear it has been really hot and humid up North...hotter than it was here.
Have a wonderful weekend.
Hugs,

Hi Claudia;

I used to grow Italian tomatoes with seeds brought here from my Italian aunt. My mother shared them with my brother in CA. and one sister along with me. MY other brother and youngest sister didn't have the urge to grow their own. ;-} Your garden is truly lovely.

Today starts another week of 90-100 degrees here but they say the humidity will be low and it will be breezy. Hope your weather will be cooler too. Hugs
