I made the Mini Chocolate Peanut Butter & Banana muffins that I found on Dashing Dish. They came out perfect. The only thing I changed is the amount of sugar, I don't like it too sweet so I reduced the Splenda to 3/4 cup instead of the 1 cup the recipe called for. If you like it sweeter then don't change the amount of sugar.

Yesterday I met Aude for lunch. I met Aude last year while I was working at Rio Tinto. Aude is from France. She left France three years ago to live and work in Australia so she could improve her English. After a breif stay in London she came to Canada. Her visa expires in two weeks and she may have to leave Canada if she does not find permanent work in her field of work which is Event Planning. I have my fingers crossed that she will find something here as the job prospects in France are worse.

It has not warmed up here yet, in fact yesterday it was snowing and in the evening it was so cold and windy I couldn't stop shivering until I had a glass of wine to warm me up.
