J K Rowlings has a new book, The Cuckoo's Calling, she wrote under the name of Robert Galbraith. I had hoped to keep this secret a little longer," JKR said, "because being Robert Galbraith has been such a liberating experience. It has been wonderful to publish without hype or expectation and pure pleasure to get feedback under a different name."

I will start reading today. The Cuckoo's Calling (Cormoran Strike, #1)The Cuckoo's Calling by Robert Galbraith

I wrote the above on July 15th and I did start reading "The Cuckoo's Calling" however I only read a couple of pages so far, not because I don't like the book but I picked up other books that I wanted to read. One of which was Z: A Novel of Zelda Fitzgerald. Like The Paris Wife, Z imagines what it was like being married to someone famous. I will immediately want to read any book with Paris in the title.

At the moment I am reading The Black Echo (Harry Bosch, #1)

Hi Claudia, Hope the summer has been just wonderful for you. Reading !!

I have totally neglected reading this summer. Too much playing games of FB and playing cards.

It's a holiday w/e here so I'm at the farm. I'm thinking I'll gain 5 pounds if Andy has his way!

Happy w/e. Hugz!

Hi Claudia,
Like you, I usually have more than one book started. There are so many books out there that I can't wait to read. I need a little less computer time, more concentration then I will be able to read like I once did.
Wishing you 'goodreads' and a wonderful day. :-)
Hugs,
