I'm a little annoyed because I have pain in the ball of my foot. I thought it would go away by itself like every other little aches and pains, but no it's got to be a month now and it's still there. I have an appointment with the podiatrist on Thursday at the Foot and Ankle Centre. Hopefully they will be able to recommend a treatment, shoes or orthotics to correct the problem.

I've been trying to figure out what I did to cause the pain. It took me a while but I think it's the Sketchers Shape Ups that I was wearing for my daily walks. I bought them last year but didn't wore them very often. Since December I've been going for walks and wearing them every day. The soles of my feet do not hurt when I wear them so even though I had pain I continued to wear the Shape Ups for my walks. I believe the rolling motion may have caused the problem, of course I won't know for sure until my appointment on Thursday.

Tomorrow Tony has an appointment with the dentist. I have a foot problem he has problems with his teeth.
